At this app we recognize that privacy is significant. This Privacy Policy applies to all apps (Android & IOS) under the publisher.We has created this Policy to explain our privacy practices so you can understand what information about you is collected, used and disclosed. We collect information from you in order to provide corresponding service and better user experience. With your consent of this Privacy Policy, your usage, statistics, input while using our apps would be collected.

We respect the privacy of every individual who uses our Services. We collect certain personal information that you voluntarily provide to us. For example, we collect your name, email address, user name, social network information and other information you provide when you register, set up an account, contact us by e-mail or use our services. We may also obtain information from other companies and combine that with the information we collect on the Services.
With your permission (on download or in the app), we may access and store the Content (your user name and photos) you provided while using our Mobile applications and Site. We may also edit stored photos, apply effects to them and use them to perform marketing activities. Yet in this case we will show your photos or your edited photos solely to you (for example by sending promotional e-mails you opted-in for).
INFORMATION COLLECTION & USE
Generally. We may collect personal information from our users in order to provide you with a personalized, useful and efficient experience. The categories of information we collect can include: Social network's personal information and device's gallery pictures.
Non-personal identification. We may collect non-personal identification information about installed applications, application usage information and device information. The information you give us, for example, when you give us your opinions to our application and services via our feedback channel, such as your email address, and names.
EU USER CONSENT POLICY
We include certain disclosures to users in the European Economic Area (EEA) & obtain their consent to use cookies or other local storage, where legally required, and to use personal data (such as AdID) to serve ads. To help develop our service- We may use Non- Personal Information to provide, maintain, improve and develop our services;

We cannot control the actions of other Users with whom you share your information. We cannot, and do not, control the information you share with other Users using an Application, the Services or the Site (including via Forums) or how such other Users will use or share such information. We are not responsible for third party circumvention of our security measures.

We are very concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We do not collect Personal Information, and we employ administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect your Non-Personal Information from unauthorized access and use. Please be aware that no security measures that we take to protect your information is absolutely guaranteed to avoid unauthorized access or use of your Non-Personal Information which is impenetrable.

We automatically collect certain information through the use of "cookies". Cookies are small data files that are stored locally. SERVICE DATA
To use our Services, you should provide a photo prior to the event of photo editing. Since the processing requires Internet connection and is performed on our servers the photos are sent there through the encrypted connection. We use Secure Socket Layer technology to protect the privacy and integrity of the transmission process.
For non-registered users and users who don’t share their results within the Services, the original photos and results are automatically removed from our servers by two weeks after the last interaction. For registered users who share their results within the Services that provide special social network features, the shared content will be stored on the servers and shown within the Services unless a user either removes the images themselves or requests such a removal by contacting our support team.
In addition, most of the Services involve facial recognition mechanism, which is used in two ways:
Locally on your device. Provided that the access to Gallery is granted we use facial recognition mechanism to scan your Gallery for facial photos and group them. This makes part of the recommendation system and can also be used in other ways with the only aim to improve your experience within the Service. The detected facial key points are stored on your device until you delete the Service or clear the Service data.
On the server. Whenever you apply an effect that involves a face manipulation we use other special face recognition technologies on the server side in order to:
- detect a face in a photo;
- find required facial key points (the set of points varies with the effect);
- and apply the effect to your photo based on the detected key points.
In this case the key points are temporarily cached in server’s RAM between processings and get removed shortly after the last effect has been applied to the corresponding photo.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any changes to this Privacy Policy that we think materially alter your rights, then we will post the latest policy to this site. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy whenever you visit the Services to understand how your personal information is used.
LINKS, HOSTED SITES & ADVERTISERS
We do not have any control over the privacy practices of any external websites linked from the Site or Mobile (or any of the websites that are hosted on our server and aren't affiliated with us). Therefore you should review their privacy policies separately from ours and know that we in no way have any control over their practices.
